Mission
To encourage a healthy, active lifestyle for everyone, athletes and non athletes alike, through the exposure to a variety of sporting activities and events.
For our next monthly meeting times please check the calendar page. Multisports span all distances (traditionally):
- Sprint distance: .5 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run
- Triathlon distance: 1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run
- Long Course distance: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
- Ultra distance: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run
