Training

Whether you're looking to run your first 5k or training for a full triathlon, we can help you reach your goals. During the training season we have weekly rides and runs from speed workouts to distance training. Check back on this page and the calendar as soon as the snow melts! Until then join us on you weekend distance runs. We also train with Pocono Area Running Club so if we aren't training that day be sure to check their calendar. For women be sure to also check out First Strides a beginner group that meets Monday evenings.
